This curated collection of five authentic vintage trade and woodworking tools has been thoughtfully mounted in handcrafted shadow-box frames, transforming practical objects from a bygone era into distinctive decorative wall art. Featuring a traditional hand brace and auger, a wooden moulding plane, a rebate plane, an antique cobbler’s shoe last, and a vintage hand scraper, the collection celebrates the ingenuity and craftsmanship of artisans who relied on skill rather than machinery.
Each piece retains its original character, wear, and patina, telling the story of generations of makers, carpenters, and craftsmen. The rustic timber backing and simple framing enhance their heritage appeal, making the collection ideal for a country home, farmhouse, lodge, workshop, study, restaurant, office, or man cave.
Whether displayed together as a striking feature wall or incorporated into a broader collection of industrial and heritage décor, these pieces offer both historical interest and decorative charm. Their repurposing from functional workshop tools into ready-to-hang wall art gives them a second life while preserving an important connection to traditional craftsmanship.
