Step 1: REQUEST A QUOTE
Step 2: ASSESSMENT & OFFER
We’ll assess your items based on market value, condition, demand, distance and more. If needed, we may arrange an in-person viewing. We aim to make an offer to buy your items outright within 24 hours.
Step 3: AGREE AND COLLECT
Once you accept, we’ll arrange free collection at a convenient time. On arrival at SNUFFELS, items are tested and checked. If anything differs from the quote, we’ll chat through any price adjustments.
Step 4: PAYMENT
Payment is made after inspection, receipt of the signed quote, and a copy of your ID as required by the Second-Hand Goods Act. We can pay by cash or EFT.
